Elementary Registration Forms for your use. Please fill out and print the forms prior than going to the school to do the registration, mail them to the school at: New Town Schools, PO Box 700, New Town, ND 58763, or email to abby.almer@k12.nd.us.

Please note that filling the forms out and saving them is not submitting the registration. They still need to get turned into the school.
