Fort Berthold Diabetes Program will doing in-school blood sugar screenings on the following dates.
New Town High School: February 8-9, 2021
New Town Elementary School: February 16-19, 2021
New Town Middle School: February 22-23, 2021
We will be doing A1C blood sugar screenings which will require a returned parent permission slip.
Parents can fill out the permission slip and email to fortbertholddiabetesprogram@gmail.com
