Go for the Gold
Community Math and Science Night at Edwin Loe Elementary on Thursday, October 3 from 6-8pm. There will be activities for the whole family including dinner, bingo for books, North Dakota Gateway to Science will have STEM activities in the gym, New Town Middle School Escape Room, Math games, Olympic dancing, learn about the last 7 summer Olympic host countries, and more.
The Annual Fall Family Title 1 Meeting will be held at 5:45 in the elementary school cafeteria. You will learn about our school goals, how we plan on achieving these goal, and answer any questions families may have.
This is a friendly reminder that the Senior Class Indian Taco sale is tonight starting at 5 pm until they run out in the HS gym lobby. All plates will be served in a to-go plate for $10 which includes the taco, a drink and a dessert.
We have distributed all of the pre-ordered yearbooks and have only 30 yearbooks remaining. They can be purchased in the business office for $40. First-come, first-served, no holds.
The Senior Class of 2025 will be having an Indian Taco Sale on September 30, 2024 from 5 pm until gone. The sale will be held at the NTHS Gym Concession Stand. All plates will be served in to-go containers. The plates will include: Indian Taco, dessert, and a drink. All proceeds will go to the Class of 2025.

Homecoming Coronation was held this morning at NTHS. The queen candidates are: Doramarie Salter, Jaeden Grady, and Kaegan Martinez. The king candidates were Xavier Bell, Kelan Martin, Karter Neeland. The junior royalty are: Jordyn Pennington, and Treyvionne Williams. The sophomore escorts are: Faith Wells and Tekoah Hood. The freshman escorts are: Taylee Fox and Demetri Djuric.
This year's 2024 King and Queen are: Queen Kaegan Martinez and King Xavier Bell.

Road construction Update!!!
Good morning, starting Wednesday September 11th, the construction crews around the Elementary school will be paving around the Elementary school. During that time, it will only be 1 lane of traffic. They have promised to keep 1 lane open at all times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we are hoping the end is near. Thank you

Students in grades 7-12 will be participating in the Life is Sacred Community Walk on September 10, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
Middle school after school ICU will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 3:50-5:00 starting September 3rd , 2024. Questions call the middle school office at 701-627-3660
High School parents: Noon and after school tutoring has started and unfortunately, no students have taken advantage of this opportunity. If your child has missed any school, they should keep on top of their attendance early and make up the hours. In addition, they should come in and use this time to complete missing assignments and stay on top of their grades now so they aren't struggling at the end of the semester. There is tutoring available M-F during lunch and after school M-Th. If you have any questions, please contact the high school office. Please check your child's PowerSchool today so that we can work together to keep them on track.
